ABA – Invest in Austria the national investment promotion company, is the first point of contact for foreign companies and startups aiming to establish their own business in Austria. We are owned and operated by the Republic of Austria, and report directly to the Austrian Ministry of Science, Research and Economy.

A staff of around 25 employees working out of the company’s headquarters in Vienna handles projects from Europe, USA, Canada and Asia.

In 2015 ABA – Invest in Austria provided professional consulting services to 297 international companies setting up business operations in Austria, accounting for a total investment volume of EUR 496 million. 2,613 new jobs were created as a result of these investments.
