Clusterhaus was founded with the goal of creating a new kind of startup space that combines the benefits of your own private office with the networking opportunities of a co-working space. We call this Proworking.

While there are plenty of offices and co-working spaces scattered all over, there existed no infrastructure that combined the advantages of both at an affordable rate for young entrepreneurs.

The Clusterhaus was first established in the summer of 2012 and has since grown to become the largest tech centers for startups in Germany, Austria and now Slovakia.

Clusterhaus offers very affordable rent and flexible leasing contracts for your startup. Whether you want an office for 1 month or 2 years, it's all the same to us! Our offices are also located in central and thriving hotspots in our cities.

Given that this isn't a co-working space but your actual independent and private office, you're free to do with it what you please. Everything is no-frills, do-it-yourself. We provide you with an empty office space, it's your task to make it look like your dream office.

You're never alone. We offer a total of over 20,000 sqm of office spaces where other entrepreneurs and startups are also based. We welcome tenants who value engaging and fun environments and strong peer-to-peer interaction.

We are strong believers that if you put hundreds of talented people under one roof, something magical will happen. We frequently organize networking opportunities to socialize and exchange passions.

As the Clusterhaus community and network grows, we will offer more educational programs and workshops in specific fields that add the most value to our tenants and the world.
