We founded Ivan's Herbs with the sole intent of reviving Ivan Chai, a forgotten herbal infusion. It's made from the fermented leaves of the rosebay willowherb, also commonly as fireweed. Our Ivan Chai is sourced single origin from the Altai region in Siberia - an area known for its pristine and uncontaminated nature.
Our aim is to develop the Ivan Chai market with a open mindset. The herbal infusion has its unique taste and health benefits, yet we are seeking to expand its use. Gourmet foods, medicinal applications, and ready to drink beverages are all avenues open to being explored.
