At the start of the coaching process, we can discuss exactly what you want to achieve from your coaching experience and agree the approximate time frame for your coaching experience.

We offering 3 packages in this course the first package which is 3 sessions, a total of 6 hours, the second package is 6 sessions and a total of 12 hours. This is my most popular package, and the final package which is a comprehensive package covering the past, present and future and is 9 sessions with a total of 18 hours.

The programme takes place over 3 consecutive days, 5 hours on each day, with 2 or 3 sessions built into each day. Although this is an intensive programme, we will take regular breaks throughout the day including an hour for lunch between the morning and afternoon sessions.

What’s included in this package?

Initial meeting 1 week prior to find out what personal changes you want to make in yourself, so that I can tailor the programme specifically to your needs.
3 days of intensive Breakthrough Coaching with a combination of Time Paradigm Techniques, NLP and Hypnotherapy (5 hours each day)

Follow up session after 4 weeks (1.5 hours)
