How do you collaborate with your clients during the design process?

We believe in maintaining transparency with our clients. To maintain this, we share a detailed plan of how we are going to progress with the project along with the schedule. We also stay connected with clients via Slack and provide regular updates through Click Up. In this manner, clients never miss any updates on the project development and can see the live progress of design In Figma anytime.

What is the typical turnaround time of a design project?

The amount of time required for each project depends on the project itself. But on average the time range is from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on how much work needs to be done. For instance, building an MVP may take less than two weeks whereas starting from scratch, conducting user research, and making a user persona may take 3 months. We give our clients an estimated duration with a journey map after reviewing the project documentation file.

How much does website/app design cost?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. Some projects can be completed in a matter of a week, while others can take as long as six months. As a result, the cost of a project can range from $5,000 to $50,000, depending on the time and resources required.

What happens if we’re not satisfied?
