Rental Milan apartments offers accommodation in Milan Italy mainly for international students, who will study in Bocconi University, NABA and Domus Academy and other international universities based in Milan for a semester, full year or full time. Many are exchange students from places like New York, San Paolo, Munich.
Currently we manage about 40 apartments with really “All inclusive” price range per month (max. 2-3 guests depending of the house and I don’t offer any rooms):

2 bedrooms flats in Milan €1,920 – €2,580, maximum 2 quests, some 3.
3 bedrooms houses in Milan €2,160 – €2,670, maximum 3 quests.

Hello, I’m Ottavia Tagliavini, your local personal assistant and the manager of this website and the owner of the apartment called Otty. I was born in Milan in 1975. I got a degree in Public & Relations at IULM university in 2000.
I worked in Roberto Cavalli press office, an Italian fashion brand, for 1 year and for 6 years as media planner for 2 big international advertising agencies in Milan. I was the CEO of PANORA, a business to develop 360° Virtual Tours among the real estate agencies.
In the same time Rental Milan was created 2008, and there was just my apartment. Then few friends asked to rent out their flats. First I tried to rent apartments also for short term, but then choose to rent them in 3-12 months range, best solution for international students and the land lords.
It’s not easy to find an accomodation in Milan for stays shorter than 1 year, because usually it’s requested a “4+4 years” contract.
In addition r.e. agencies websites are often just in Italian and you can’t see properly the apartments if you aren’t in Milan (just a few pictures, lack of information).
