Rockboost is a Dutch Growth Hacking Agency located in Rotterdam. Though we have only existed 9 months we are growing fast (through growth hacking of course). That’s why we are looking for some awesome potential growth hackers to join our team.
Are you the right person for our team?
Our team members are hungry to learn more and very ambitious, this is what allows as to do so much in a short period of time. One of our growth hackers went off on a holiday for three weeks and needed to be retrained that is how much had changed ;) Therefore, we focus not on the person’s education but rather their mindset. You need to be comfortable with the uncomfortable and realize that things won’t always go right but that’s how it is and why you learn...a lot. We have a love for everything online and you need to be comfortable working with various growth hacking tools. Infact, our current growth hackers are happily learning coding right now actually so if you do not know how to code yet that’s ok.
So what do we offer?
We offer you the chance to get thrown not in the deep end of the pool but in the middle of our bottomless ocean. If you are applying for an internship you honestly do not have to worry about fetching coffee, it is not uncommon that interns are sitting from day 1 in client meetings. Everything we do is for our client’s happiness which is why you need to meet them and understand the problems they face. Therefore, you will get to learn a huge amount, especially as our management team has 30 years of entrepreneurial experience and diverse backgrounds.
