The Stock is updated on generation of the Purchase Invoice. Purchase Returns if any are taken into account. Payments made to suppliers are maintained and tracked periodically. Sales Order is generated when customers order for finished goods. A Sales Invoice is generated for the Customer when the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. The Stock pertaining to those products is reduced. Any Sales Return is taken into account. Payments received from Customers are maintained and tracked periodically. Various normal and MIS reports can be generated. Stock Reports for all Products can be generated. When stock of any product reaches its reorder level, user is intimated.

For Manufacturing Organizations

This system is comparatively complex and challenging than the one for Trading Organizations, since here different levels of stock needs to be accurately maintained. There is stock status of Raw Material, the stock status of Goods in Manufacturing Process Stage and Stock Status of Finished Products.

There are Three Main Modules: i. Purchase Raw Material, ii. Process Raw Material to Finished Goods and iii. Sale of Finished Goods.

Here the system facilitates generation of Purchase Orders for Raw Material. When the Purchase Invoice is generated stock of Raw Material is updated. Different Levels of Manufacturing Processes can be defined wherein the raw material can be converted into a single ready product step by step. Once the final Manufacturing Process is complete, stock of Finished Goods is updated. Sales Order is put forward by customers and a Sales Invoice is generated when Goods are dispatched from warehouse. Any Sales Return is taken into account. Payments received from Customers are maintained and tracked periodically. Various normal and MIS reports can be generated. Stock Reports for Raw Material as well as Finished Products can be generated. When stock of any product reaches its reorder level, user is intimated. Also Stock Reports at each manufacturing process level is maintained.
