Spark Inside is an ambitious start-up charity transforming the lives of young people in
the criminal justice system, through professional life coaching. Our programmes
support young men and women aged 15 to 25 in prison and on probation to lead
more meaningful and productive futures, while desisting from crime. Our pilot
achieved a 12.5% reoffending rate, relative to the national average of 70%.
Now is an exciting time to join our rapidly growing organisation. Currently a team of
eight talented and dedicated staff, we are looking for our next member to join us as
Managing Director. The right person will share a passion for our cause, a
commitment to high standards for delivery, and a growth mindset. S/he will be able to
jump straight in and take control to ensure we have a strong foundation and clear
direction during our growth phase.
