Job Description

The Localization Team Lead is responsible for managing all projects and team members of Promo Assets – Localization Team.

 

  • Monitors all requests for, store screenshots, welcome screen, in-app, UA and cross promo assets - localizations, re-size, and revisions.
  • Assigns and prioritizes all incoming requests within Promo Assets Localization Team. 
  • Acts as a liaison between Localization team and other teams.
  • Conducts quality assurance on designs created by the team before send them to clients.
  • Responsible for meeting team expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
  • Provides both technical and leadership training and guidance to Promo Assets Localization Team.
  • Supervises the Promo Assets Localization Artists team on all administrative concerns e.g. attendance monitoring, performance management, on-boarding of new hires, motivating the team etc.
  • Occasionally will localize promotional assets ( depending on workload and emergencies)
  • Creates and updates documentation and makes reports regarding team activity.
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.   

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree in Graphic Design / Art / Creative Multimedia is recommended
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Web Pack)
  • Strong composition & layout skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow specific guidelines of the localization process
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
  • Leadership skills
  • Communication skills
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and/or with others
  • Strong organizational skills, including planning and reporting
  • Self-belief
