Job Description
Accounting:
- Admin tasks:
- Check all documents (contracts, invoices, etc.)
- Record invoices/accruals
- Communication with other departments/teams:
- Finance/Accounting team
- Sales Managers
- Local teams
- Deploy tools or excel templates, to automatize and improve analysis/reports accuracy and convenience.
- Managing Payments to OEM Partners
Finance controlling:
- Revenue monitoring (by business unit and by region)
- Auto-reports creation
- Managing reporting of revenue (accruals) and payments in relevant finance tools
Finance Analysis:
- Contracts/deals assessment (commercial guidelines)
- Revenue analysis
- Financial forecasts
- To be pro-active on proposing revenue optimization through qualitative analysis
- To communicate insights to key stakeholders
- Deals/Projects pitching (preparing PPT, materials to introduce to management/clients)
Ad-hoc tasks:
- Support BD Finance Manager in ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or an equivalent field.
- Fluent in English. Good communication skills (both oral and written).
- Analytical, good organizational, synthetic, and a “can-do” attitude
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership in work; autonomous.
- Good capacity of multi-tasking, making decisions and working in a fast pace changing organization
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skilled in Excel formulas, functions, pivot tables to do analysis.
- Knowledgeable and skilled PowerPoint user would be a plus.
