Assistant Manager, Marketing Communication

Job Scope:

The primary responsibility is to focus on planning Go-To-Market and developing communication strategy for High Value Segment/B2B and managing Telenor Sule Studio.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Convey concepts to creative and production teams, as well agency partners and stakeholders and have outstanding communication skills and able to analyse market trends.  
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible in adapting to the demands of the situation.
  • Strong ability to communicate and interact effectively across organizational and cultural boundaries, internal and external
  • The point-person for developing, implementing and executing 360 integrated campaign (TV, radio, print, web, social media, OOH, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from product manager, sale and distribution, internal communication and PR – to produce effective communication materials
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience, ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
  • Coordinating with and managing agency partners in the planning and execution marketing initiatives.
  • Working closely with in-house senior designer on editing and developing final outputs.
  • Arranging indoor/outdoor event photo and videoshoot
  • Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in marketing or advertising background.
  • Minimally a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Relevant Field.
  • Having experience in Telecommunications in a plus
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • project management skills, strong attention to details and excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating with internal stakeholders within or outside the group.
  • Experience in managing vendors and agencies.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
  • Self-starter and independent

Language requirement: Myanmar, English
