AVP, Product Owner: Digital Services Platform Unit Head

Responsibility

• Lead a team to design customer journeys and develop solutions for digital services (e.g. selling topping package, e-payment solution, e-commerce capability) on dtac application
• Develop road map and manage product / feature back-log to support company’s vision to grow digital channels
• Oversee development and iteration of product / feature launched
• Accountable for continuous improvement in customer experience of product / feature launched
• Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solution to be developed by the squad
• Report and analyze the service performance, e.g. revenues, performance, customer satisfaction and awareness, for incremental improvement and further business opportunity development

Qualification

• At least 3-5 years of experience in as a product owner for leading digital service platform
• Experience in driving uptake in digital services
• Good command of English - communication and presentation
• Open and strong digital mindset
