Business Operations Executive

Our Domestic/ International wholesale Business team is on a look out for a strong business operations candidate to maximize the department operating capabilities, oversee partners and customer satisfaction. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute day to day operations.

The Roles

Account Management & New Business Development

Manage business relationships between Digi and domestic/international wholesale business partners pertaining to all matters from business development, service delivery, contract management and overall operation works.

Business Revenue & Cost optimization tracking

Prepare the analysis and tracking reports to monitor the latest cost movement, revenue achievement and business proposal to renew/establish voice trade deals with the aim to maximize the profitability on the assigned accounts.

Quality Performance Monitoring

To monitor, review and work with internal stakeholders to provide good call quality to our subscribers and business partners.

Operations management

Responsible and handle operational tasks and work closely with technology to ensure all the issues related to service quality are addressed and resolved.

Network capacity optimization & expansion

Analyse, manage and plan with technology on the capacity expansion, decommission and optimization in order to support the existing or promotion traffic.

Project Management/ Partnership Management

Managing timeline with business partners, internal stakeholders to ensure business/ project objective is met.

YOU:

Experience in delivering multi- channel marketing campaigns, account/ project management background or overall operations experience. In a nutshell someone who has strong operational and relationship building capabilities is encourage to apply!

Figure sensitive with strong business acumen skills is an added advantage

Strong stakeholder management with proven track record in managing internal & external stakeholder relationship as this is one of a vital key function of the role

Strong organisational skills in managing projects, budgets and vendors as timeline is crucial in this role

Strong work ethics with a drive and tenacity to deliver great results
