BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION MANAGER CUSTOMER JOURNEY BELGIUM
We are looking for a business transformation manager to join our Customer Journey Innovation team. We are looking to improve the concept/product of a shopping center to become more than shopping. In the coming 5 years, we are innovating this "product" into something that fits in this digitally facilitated day and age.
Your task will be to manage the implementation of strategic innovations and customer journey improvements. Tasks will fall roughly into the following categories: Execution of existing customer improvement initiatives 50% and building plans, growth hacking through pilots and driving execution on new innovations 50%. The Business Transformation Manager will be working as right hand to the Managing Director in improving the customer journey and implementing new innovations.
Responsibilities include:
• Growth hacking pilot projects to improve shopping center proposition
• Coordinating and/or participating in strategic/operational project and work streams; responsible for periodic reporting and delivery in time and within budget
• Implementing and monitoring customer journey improvements
• Running in-depth analysis to deliver action plans that can further enhance Wereldhave’s proposition and provide unique differentiators
• Supporting the Managing Directors Belgium with the organization of (internal) WH events
• Preparing Board, MT and other (external) meetings
REQUIREMENTS
• MSc. Required, MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience
• You have experience in project management, strategy consulting, growth hacking, marketing and/or a commercial role
• You have a commercial/entrepreneurial attitude, in combination with a pragmatic, problem solving approach
• You feel comfortable in developing business cases for new businesses and/or concepts
• You are a strategic thinker and know how to act as a sparring partner for executive colleagues
• You have an analytical mind-set with the ability to prepare and interpret (financial) data; great planning, prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple, ongoing projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• You have strong interpersonal and inter-department skills; able to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
• You speak Dutch, English and French on a professional level
DEPARTMENT PROFILE
Wereldhave is currently developing new shopping centers of the future to further build relationships with consumers and incorporate the changing need of the environments we operate in. This includes incorporating digital developments and consumer lifestyle changes into the centers of the future. Therefore, we are building a new business development team to execute on strategy, innovate new concepts, set up corporate venturing with start-ups and work together in partnerships with retailers and various consumer brands.
Wereldhave invests in dominant convenience shopping centers in larger regional cities in northwest continental Europe. The area surrounding our centers will include at least 100,000 inhabitants within 10 minutes’ travel time from the center.
