Campaign & Pricing Specialist

We are looking for a campaign and pricing specialist who’s enthusiastic about developing and executing marketing initiatives creatively on Digi’s B2C digital channels, particularly related to lifestyle and reward offerings.

  • Passionate about customer experience and purchasing behavior, especially relating to customers’ lifestyle preferences and expectations.
  • Creative and enjoys data-driven experimentation and learning.
  • Have a keen eye for spotting customer purchase journey perspectives and opportunities.
  • Enjoys staying in touch with latest lifestyle and rewards trends.
  • Strong communicator and team player. Able to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Dares to push boundaries and challenge norms in order to achieve required outcomes.

Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)

  • Perform competitor analysis on similar products and services
  • Scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition
  • Identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels.
  • End-to-end campaign planning and execution for MyDigi’s lifestyle services.
  • Create reports reflecting metrics and project status, objectives and barriers.
  • Conceptualize and develop relevant, engaging campaigns to help meet business KPIs.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to understand business opportunities and define pricing structure.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce campaign theme, supporting creatives, outbound communication plans, and timely system setup
  • Spot opportunities to bundle relevant services to maximise relevance to customers.
  • Apply test-and-learn approach to campaigns, to derive maximum learnings in shortest amount of time.
  • Post-campaign analysis, supported by data analyst resource, to measure campaign success and derive data-driven learnings for campaign strategy and execution review.

  • Have experience designing, executing and tracking campaigns for base management.
  • Possess understanding of customer purchase journeys and conversion funnels.
  • Business project management capabilities.
  • Good communicator with ability to churn out creative ideas and communicate across functions and levels.
  • Experience with customer pricing strategy is a bonus.
  • Experience working in an agile team is a bonus.
