Commercial Counsel
Opportunity to join a fast growing team within the corporate & commercial legal department in EMEA. This opening is for a commercially minded lawyer to serve the growing needs of our enterprise team across EMEA, focussing on structuring and leading transactions and acting as a business partner for internal teams to support new product solutions.
Responsibilities:

Draft, review, negotiate and advise stakeholders and regional legal team on a variety of commercial agreements, including membership, design/build, consulting and technology agreements.

Support Growth (Sales, Development, Advisory and Technology) teams to facilitate the timely review, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements.

Identify and consult on legal risks in connection with the development of new products across multiple jursidictions.

Develop and implement processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding the Growth legal team's transactions.

Maintain and update form agreements, contract management systems, and other databases.
Qualifications:

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales. US or European bar qualifications will be considered.
- 4 - 5 years of top-tier firm or in-house experience in reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
- Excellent academics.
- Thrives working in a fast-paced, high pressure, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to understand business needs and partner with the business to identify needs and create solutions.
- Experience of and ability to multi-task and project manage several complex and fast paced projects.
- Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and flexible.
- Experience working on multijurisdictional transactions.
- Responsible, accountable, self-starter and result-driven.
- A multi-tasker with excellent analytical and legal skills.
- Foreign language skills (European), are a plus but not required
