Would you like to define product communication for a global software company with 100 million users? The User Experience team at ESET is looking for talented UX copywriter that will help us take the quality of our products and services to the next level.

Job description

As a member of the User Experience team in the Product Management department, you will work closely with stakeholders from technology and business to define the best possible experience for our users.
You will create wording for products for different User Personas. You will use writing and editing skills to translate complex functionality into clear, concise wording to ensure best experience for users in products and beyond.
From Parental Control applications for families to Endpoint Detection & Response platforms for IT-forensics-experts, we provide a broad portfolio of interesting solutions to vastly different groups of customers.

Based on your skills, interests and projects, you will
• Translate functionality into clear, concise wording in products
• Cooperate with different stakeholders to assure accuracy and correctness of content and language
• Manage the wording process, including prioritization of requests, tracking time spent, and following up on impact

For this role we are looking for
• Experience with writing in English
• Great communication skills
• Ability to manage your own time and tasks
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A really nice new colleague :)
 

Bonus points for
• Relevant education (English, writing, journalism...)
• English-language certification
• Experience in the security or other technically complex environment
• Experience with creating tone of voice complex B2B products, especially for enterprise customers
