Customer Education Specialist

We are expanding our team in Dublin and looking for driven team players who want to directly contribute to our culture and success.

We’re looking for a master of content production for our customer learning path. In this role you will be seeking out opportunities to deliver an exceptional education workflow and workstream for the customer by creating best in class education and tutorial guides. 

The role will include:

  • Define the customer education strategy and align to the customer user journey to ensure each touchpoint is consistent to our core business goals
  • Create and maintain customer learning resources, programs and initiatives to drive customer engagement with our core product offerings
  • Ensure customer facing learning materials follow all brand guidelines and speak to the product narratives as defined and shaped by the business
  • Liaise with the product team to create customer facing content ahead of external releases using blogs, email and video
  • Project manage all workstreams end to end and report plans and goals to the business
  • Report on and review the impact of learning content on our book of business
  • Build and develop content for automated customer touchpoints, including, but not limited to newsletters, product releases, product hacks, industry updates etc
  • Track engagement on all customer facing content and iterate as needed post analysis
  • Develop strong working partnerships across the business, specifically Product, Marketing, Sales, Support and Customer Success

Required Skills/Experience

  • You have 1+ years experience in e-learning, content production, marketing, design or similar
  • You have experience editing video/screencasts, and you’ve got examples you’re proud of to show us
  • You have excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • You are ideally from a production background, generating rich content that is customer facing
  • You are autonomous and have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • You are comfortable defining the direction of your own work, and you have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You have worked in roles that operate across the business cross functionally
  • You have excellent project management experience, managing and executing against initiatives end to end
