Customer Service Specialist

As a technology-enabled market place, Quandoo is equipping its partner restaurants with an industry-leading reservations management system that digitalises a restaurant’s inventory and makes it accessible in real-time from web and mobile channels.

Job Description

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and provide the best customer service to customers via email and over the phone
  • Uploading new and maintaining existing accounts to the Quandoo system
  • Helping to manage the Quandoo Reservation system
  • Working alongside the Sales, Partner Management and Finance Department
  • Creating reports as required- SalesForce CRM (SalesForce training provided)
  • Accurately represent Quandoo’s business services from a business, operational and technical perspective to existing customers
  • Keep up with the trends and practices in the industry

Qualifications

Ideally we are looking for someone who is a recent graduate, with a background in a sales support or customer service/facing role who is looking for an entry-level role/first job out of Uni.
