Customer Success Manager
As Customer Success Manager and reporting to the Head of Customer Solutions & Success, you are part of the Global Business Development Team whose mission is to accelerate market demand, connectivity and service revenues globally with Sigfox Operators, Channel, Alliance and Ecosystem partners.
WIN/WIN MISSIONS
The objectives of the Customer Success Manager are to:
- Support Sigfox revenue growth by running Customer Success program for designated customers aiming at adoption of IOT solutions within the client’s business - considering Sigfox delivery and the client’s people/process/technology implications,
- Develop and document Customer Success best practices, tools and methodologies.
- Assist Sigfox landing Sales by participating to Customer Solution Pre-sales efforts: creating and sharing documentation, attending client meetings, all delivered in a timely and professional manner.
In order to efficiently manage these responsibilities, the CSUM will have to:
- Develop a strong working knowledge of all aspects of Sigfox technology (from radio design to cloud development),
- Develop a good knowledge of Sigfox’s ecosystem, in particular strategic partners, and their available solutions,
- Develop a consultative approach for IOT use cases, based on Vertical domain specificities, always demonstrating business impact for Customers.
KEY SKILLS & MINDSET
- 5-8 years of experience in Project management, Service management or Presales role with significant customer value,
- Strong track record in successful signing of complex deals, in particular in IoT,
- Strong knowledge in IoT solution end to end design,
- Strong ability to manage deadline and work under minimal supervision,
- Leadership and ability to motivate transversal teams to achieve objectives,
- Strong presentation skills and project management skills,
- English: Fluent
