You will analyze anonymized data to provide business insights and combat abuse of our platform. We are looking for a candidate who has strong programming and scripting skills, experience processing and analyzing raw data, and the ability to provide clear, actionable insights. You will be expected to understand, manage and optimize our entire internal data pipeline, from the collection of the data through to the analysis and presentation of findings.

What You will do:

• Lead the data and analytics team and work closely with different teams across the company
• Explore and analyze large amounts of data to build solutions and provide useful insights
• Collaborate with the software development team to debug data processing systems
• Create clear visualizations and dashboards to help the company interpret the data
• Present and explain the results of technical analyses to employees, management, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 4 years’ experience with data engineering and data analysis
• The ability manage large datasets, provide rigorous analysis, and present novel insights in an easily understood manner
• A passion for crafting clean code and a solid foundation in coding and programming, ideally with Python
• Extensive experience with machine learning, including feature extraction and training and evaluating models
• A desire see data influence decisions throughout the company, and the ability to build automated dashboards and write reports to help different teams optimize their performance
