Delivery Manager - Powered by We
WeWork is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee an international portfolio of Powered by We (PxWe) projects. Powered by We is an exciting new product line where we package up all of our expertise from building and operating hundreds of WeWork facilities globally and apply it to our clients’ buildings - all tailored to meet their specific business, cultural, and community needs.
About the Role
As a member of the PxWe team, the successful candidate will work with customers and project teams (including peers across Design, Construction, Logistics, Community, Facilities, IT, Security, Member Success, Accounting, and Digital) to support all efforts that go into creating a successful PxWe experience for our customers.
The Delivery Manager will be involved in all phases of a project from initial planning and execution well into the operational phase of the site(s). Delivery Managers are expected to be excellent risk-assessors and effective communicators.
Responsibilities

Involved during the project planning phase to ensure all the customer’s needs are addressed in a manner that is consistent with the WeWork and PxWe brand.

Creation of Envision/Project Planning staffing plan with PxWe Management.

Work with customer executives and internal stakeholders to produce a clear scope of work for Community, Facilities, Security, IT, and Digital to properly support the operation phase of the project.

Coordinate timelines for all customer deliverables, and manage each through completion and delivery to the customer.

Develop operational budgets for projects under your direct management.

Assist Legal with operational contract requirements and help guide the process of contract negotiations when necessary.

Support opening teams and continue to provide resources throughout the entirety of a building’s life cycle, including operation, to create the best PxWe experience possible.

Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks that could impact schedule, costs, or customer experience.

Must be able to facilitate / drive a successful outcome from stakeholder meetings

Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.

Must be able to travel to oversee projects at various stages.
Requirements
-
3-5 years of comparable work experience in or around scheduling, customer success, logistic planning, project management, construction/facilities management.

Understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle in the design and construction industries

A self starter with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Energetic and well-spoken with impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a compressed time frame.

Ability to maintain order and efficiency in a stressful environment.

Up to 50% travel.
