Digital Marketing Manager

Manager, will be reporting directly to the Member Acquisition Director – Gay Paysites. As a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager, you will lead a team focused on converting traffic (advertising & affiliates) by creating various assets. You are a results-driven manager who will improve the effectiveness of our landing pages and join pages by developing a rigorous testing framework. Moreover, implement experimentation initiatives that continuously improve conversion rates by exploring various sales techniques. The ideal candidate will be someone who does not settle for acceptable results; instead, you strive for continuous improvement and to exceed rather than meet expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of ad developers, graphic designers, and analysts, ensuring they meet targets by creating work backed by strategy and direction.
- Strategize with your team to develop and test ways to acquire more sales. From the ad to landing page (Join Funnel)
- Create testing framework and quarterly roadmaps, and manage schedule and resources to ensure milestones are delivered on time
- Continually research and adopt industry trends for website experimentation and optimization.
- Strategize with your Director to determine new markets to enter.
- Work directly with the sales team to manage results and budget.
- Sync regularly with internal teams to execute and deliver on new initiatives
- Provide performance data to creative member acquisition manager in order to make adjustments to content at the production level.
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reports recapping results.
Key Skills/Experience:
- An in-depth knowledge of the Internet Marketing Landscape and Media Buying
- A minimum of three years of experience in a Sales role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- An understanding of the Gay entertainment industry
- Strong team management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Driven and results-orientated
- Effective reporting and presentation skills
- A good understanding of tracking technology
- Ability to work in tight and changing deadlines
- Fluent in English
