The Digital Products team is in charge of offering best content platforms to our customers and we here do everything from partnering with like minded content players to scaling our own in house products. We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a professional with strong combination of business acumen and product development knowledge, thereby enabling our digital products’ to leap from current state to ambitious future.

Your Typical day at work

• You will be wearing multiple hats and responsible for product development, growth and will also liaison with technical development partner on daily basis.
• Explore more opportunities to scale the platform which can be translated into real revenue stream
• You will be working on data dashboards and will be required to come up with analysis and recommendations on growth and engagement.
• You will also be working on product backlogs with product owners, managing sprints, and liaison with development partners.
• You will work with internal stakeholders for developing and executing promotional and communications plan.
• You will test both Web and App versions of content platforms in order to provide better customer experience.
• You will have to stay updated with Industry trends and keep up with developments by competition.

Eligibility Criteria
 

Education:
MBA/ Masters in related fields.

Work experience:
2-5 years relevant experience in product development, mobiles apps and games, app growth and marketing, people and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of streaming services will be a plus
 

Skill Set:

• 2-5 years of relevant product experience in managing mobile/web apps and platforms
• Sufficient technical knowledge to communicate new product requirements to the development team and manage product backlogs.
• Expeirence with agile product management and scrum practices. Hands on grip over jira, twilio,slack, matter most will be a plus.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, with experience working on google analytics, firebase, mixpanel etc.
• Creative knack with understanding of UI/UX as well as product growth and marketing.
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills, project planning and agile fundamentals.
