Director, People Operations

We are looking for a technically minded and strategic leader who will manage the People Operations team for our Europe, Israel and Australia region.  The ideal candidate is collaborative and consultative in their approach working closely with our people team to ascertain the business and people strategy in order to develop, implement and improve our people processes and systems to enhance the employee experience.  This is truly a strategic and impactful role as the business and People team is still in its infancy stage and thus being on the People Leadership team, you will be able to influence decisions and provide proactive and practical solutions on a variety to HR lifecycle initiatives.  You will be working in a very fast pace environment and thus resiliency and flexibility will be essential to your success. If you enjoy having a hands on approach building things from scratch and delivering HR services through a business partner model and global matrix team, then this is the role for you!

 Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business leaders and People team to translate strategic objectives into project delivery

  • Develop, drive, and implement an integrated people strategy across our region working closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning, Total Rewards, Global Mobility and People Partners to ensure processes and policies support and enhance the employee experience

  • Lead and oversee all people systems to ensure fit, purpose and drive change around Workday Business Process Development where appropriate

  • Provide insights to the business and people team through data and analytics

  • Coaching and managing a high performing team

 Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience working in Human Resources

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience leading and developing HR professionals

  • Experience and knowledge of People Systems and end to end employee lifecycle
