Job description

You will:

  • Define strategy for Online channel in EMEA to support overall EMEA strategy and to maximize long term revenue from Online channel in EMEA and support partners and offices during implementation
  • Plan and forecast online channel business
  • Identify new sales and marketing opportunities, initiate optimizations and track improvements in online channels
  • Ensure the best practices are implemented across all EMEA markets in accordance to local strategy
  • Ensure alignment of regional ESET Online SWOT with partners and offices
  • Prepare EMEA Regional online strategy in line with the Global online strategy
  • Propose and lead new projects and online business development initiatives to support growth in Online channel
  • Define and supervise online KPIs and online investment efficiency
  • Track online performance and online activity execution, results and feedback in EMEA Region
  • Collaborate with expert teams on building best online practices (improving the user experience, conversion rates and revenues)
  • Supervise execution of local online business strategy
  • Act as project manager between different Global teams and partners working on Online projects in defined countries
  • Act as a point of contact for consulting online activities and innovation and share best practices, lessons learned from other markets and projects across all EMEA markets
  • In-depth understanding of online sales metrics, providing analysis, ad-hoc & regular reports

Ideal candidate should:

  • Have at least 7 years of experience in Business Development or Online Sales management positions
  • Speak fluent English (C1)
  • Have experience with channel business
  • Understand technology, have intermediate level of experience with tools required for job performance

Basic wage component (brutto): from 2500 EUR

* The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
