Our Management Consulting practice in the Resources Industry group is focused on supporting transformation agendas of the largest Resources companies in the Nordics and is one of the largest advisory partners in the domain, consisting of more than 130 professionals.

About the opportunity:

We are looking for an individual to be part of the Danish Energy & Utilities industry consulting practice – focusing on HR Transformation and Talent- and Organization Development and digital HR solutions such as HR analytics. We are seeing a rapidly growing demand for our services supporting clients through major business, digital and IT transformations with what has traditionally been termed ‘Change Management’ but is now much more of change visioning and enablement role. At the same time, we serve many of our clients in HR-transformation programs with a focus on talent development and employee experience to position organizations for success in a digital future. These programs are often powered by digital HR solutions ranging from analytics, workplace and HR SaaS solutions.

You will advise clients on key issues on organization design, talent management and development, organizational effectiveness, as well as leading engagements to make transformations in- and outside HR successful. The clients will expect you to mobilize our expertise in Digital HR capabilities and you will be managing teams of diverse individuals from our consulting, digital and technology practices. You will be challenged to stretch your professional skills and experience – but in doing so you will draw from the thought leadership and experiences from our global organization. You will work in a high performing culture, which at the same time is exceptionally collaborative and leading in innovation.

- Basic qualifications

About you:

Ideally you have been successful as a consultant at some point in your career – or are currently working at a top-tier consulting firm, but  you may also have  built your insights into HR domain issues from a career within HR. Experience from the Energy/Utility industries area not required, but will be a plus.

You are passionate about the domain – you already bring a ‘toolbox’ of HR excellence as well as Transformational Change Management. Perhaps you have not yet immersed yourself in digital HR technologies such as SaaS, Analytics – but you understand the value and  are keen to learn on the  job. You thrive on working in teams and network well. You are determined to prove yourself in one of the leading companies in the professional services industry. Last, but not the least you are fluent in Danish and English.
