We are currently looking for a Sales Director for our team of 15 dedicated talents all over the Nordics focused on generating bigger opportunities and contracting work with clients. The role has direct Sales responsibilities with specific annual sales target.

As our new Sales Director you will be responsible for growing Accenture’s business, by leading bigger opportunities through all sales phases, including origination, qualification, sales pursuit and close/contracting by applying deep sales process and offering expertise. You will, in close cooperation with our account and industry leadership teams, build relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing Accenture’s differentiated global transformational capabilities including New IT, J2C, Digital, advisory, and BPO.

You will be working on the following tasks:

  • Take Nordic responsibility for driving big deal pipeline generation and sales in relevant dimension such as an Industry or related to a specific type of transformational offering
  • Work with client leadership originating and qualifying transformational ideas
  • Provide solutions to complex business problems for opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. 
  • Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading transformation practices. 
  • Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. 
  • Operate within large teams and directs specific team sales activities. 
  • Travel across the Nordics on a regular base to meet potential clients.

- Basic qualifications

You will come with:

  • Minimum 10 years selling/closing deals in Services space in one of the following areas: 
    • Technology Strategy and IT transformation into the ‘New’
    • Application services, with expertise in application outsourcing, IT Service Management and implementation services leveraging global delivery models
    • Journey to Cloud enablement and migration, with expertise in Public Cloud, Data Center 
    • Business Process Outsourcing spanning all functional areas including F&A, Procurement, HR, Digital Marketing and related industry specific solutions
    • Complex across functional and value driven transformational programs at international clients
    • Extensive experience in contracting and effectuating transformational partnership agreements
  • Minimum of 10 years Client Relationship experience from sales and/or delivery lead roles
  • A successful sales leadership track record with documented results

On top of that you have:

  • Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment 
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management 
  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment 
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian 
  • High energy level, decisiveness and ability to work well in demanding client environments 
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities 
  • Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character 
  • Willingness to travel across the Nordics
