FRONT OF HOUSE

OVERVIEW

J O B  D ES C R I PTI O N

  • You’ll have responsibility from day one. We believe that you learn fastest when thrown in the deep end.
  • You will be one of the key faces of Huckletree’s London presence.
  • You'll be joining an existing team of successful young entrepreneurs with a strong dynamic. You’ll work with the world’s smartest and most ambitious individuals, have a very steep learning curve and work in a young and committed team.
  • Our work environments are productive, inspiring, engaging and FUN.
  • We are serious about what we do and we do it with positive energy, passion and optimism.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • We put our team at the heart of the business and of our community, and you will literally be the first face people see when they walk through the doors.
  • As our front of house extraordinaire, this is a snapshot of what you’ll be up to on a standard day:
  • You will be the first friendly face our members and visitors see when they enter the space.
  • You’ll be welcoming people in and directing their queries, whether it be to one of the community team for a tour, or to a community member for a meeting.
  • You’ll be taking inbound phone calls, and directing them to the relevant Huckletree team member, from event bookings, to partnership queries to membership enquiries (to name but a few!).
  • You’ll be the eyes and ears of Huckletree, and will always look to feed any information that might help us to enhance our member experience back to the wider team.
  • Someone needs directions to the delights of Whitecross Market for lunch?
  • You’ll know which direction to point them!
  • You’ll be flexing your organisational skills to make sure all of our members are super well looked after, from making sure meeting rooms are correctly booked to topping up printer credits!
  • You’ll be all over the new member sign-up process, from allocating membership cards, allocating locker keys, to inviting new members to our next community breakfast.
  • You’ll be the go-to contact for anything relating to online member accounts, and since we’re a young business with a new system, your input in improving how we operate will be of utmost importance!

REMUNERATION

€20,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience).
