Job Description

• Proposing different game concepts for different market target contexts. 
• Developing game design documentations (gameplay mechanic, new game features, metaloop, UX, wireframe for UI…) under supervision of senior Game Designer. 
• Prototyping different game concept (prototyping tools usage can be trained on the job)  
•  Implementing the game design into the game being developed in collaboration with the other team members (programmers, Gfx artists, producers…) 
• Reviewing the game in development to provide and implement solutions to all game design related issues. 
• Daily updating the competitive products and concerning market trends to anticipate in the project. 

Qualifications

• Strong passion and solid video game background 
• Understanding of the mobile game market, trend, targeted users; 
• Being creative, imaginative and original; 
• Ability to describe/present the ideas clearly 
• Ability to communicate and work in a team. 
• Being open minded for taking feedbacks from others for improvement; 
• Self-disciplined; demonstrating strong motivation and passion at work; 
• Ability  to work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines;
• Basic programming knowledge to understand easily the scripts (training can be provided) 
• A good knowledge in business models, monetization psychology and monetization strategy is an advantage
