- English – communication with our international clients on a daily basis
- Ability and willingness to learn new things and work on yourself
- Readiness for traveling (1-3 time per year)

- Rewriting existing solution(Greenfield development)
- Sometimes do frontend part of the project - React
- New development 80%
- Maintenance + support
- Plan for current work/technologies: GO language, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
