WHAT WE NEED

• 2+ years of experience in the online designing field (2-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE, WE DON’T NEED A SENIOR FOR THIS POSITION)
• The ability to organize and complete multiple projects from concept to completion
• The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to details and prioritization to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A fluent level of English
• A big plus would be at least a minimal level of Japanese (THIS WILL HELP US FOR DMM MARKET)
• A work portfolio (THAT WILL BE REQUIRED)
• Professional/ Detailed oriented/ A great team player/ Is eager to learn and develop himself

WHAT WE HAVE TO DO

• Design and maintain online media campaigns, websites, e-mail campaigns, social media and other materials as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing managers to develop compelling design concepts, great artwork and layouts for multi-channel and integrated marketing projects
