Haifa Operations Lead
Colu is a digital wallet application that connects digital cash with cryptocurrencies. An easy and convenient way to pay instantly from your phone while receiving rewards for transactions being made with the app. Colu has been an active player in the blockchain space since 2012. Our digital wallet app was launched in early 2017 and is now operating in 4 cities in the UK and Israel with more than $1M in monthly transactions. We are now adding the ability for any community to create a localized currency and use it as a reward for local consumption.
We are looking for a professional and self-motivated Operations Lead to join our growing team. The right candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in new environments.
You will be part of Colu’s global operations team.
Responsibilities
- Create and prioritize target account lists within a defined territory
- Become a namely expert and be able to articulate our value proposition to anyone who asks (or doesn’t ask)
- Recruiting,local businesses
- Manage a portfolio of merchants accounts to achieve long-term success
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Developing growth strategies, tactics and stunts and executing them from A to Z
- Monitor sales metrics using our CRM tools
- Organizing, participating and measuring marketing events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of community, marketing, general management or operations experience
- Fluent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think outside the box
- Fluency in oral and written Hebrew and English
- Self motivated, proactive, can-do.
- Organized
- Able to collaborate extensively with other team members
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
- Driven by self & team targets
- Familiar with start-up culture, can easily interact with product, tech ,finance, customer support and strategy teams
- Be comfortable with working on the ground (60% outside the office)
- Prior B2B sales experience
