This strategical position is focused on our brand “Compramostucoche”. The purpose of this role is to optimize our KPIs and ensure best practices in our whole network with currently 70+ branches all over the country.

• Lead the operational development of the network and “Compramostucoche” brand in Spain.
• Lead and manage an organization of 250+ employees (Purchasing department), with the support and direct report of five Regional Purchasing Managers.
• Drive our network´s performance, increasing and optimizing our results.
• Ensure and run best practices, taking over the operational responsibility.
• Enhance our Purchasing KPIs - focused on Sales performance, Customer experience and Quality management.
• This role will report directly to the MD Purchasing in Spain.

• Highly strategical business analysis background, previous experience in Project Management or Business Analysis positions.
• An MBA / Big data Master ‘s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in Strategical Business Development roles (Retail´s Project Management / Business Analysis).
• Strategical consultancy, Retail business or e-commerce start-up background is preferred.
• Experience managing large teams’ network, with the ability to work and manage in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment.
• Strong analytical skills (KPIs analysis) with big proven achievements and focused on results.
• English and Spanish proficiency level is a must.
• Availability to travel (only when necessary).
