On behalf of its client, an international leader in building materials, Smartree is looking for a Human Resources Specialist:

Requirements:

• University degree;
• HR training/certifications: personnel administration and payroll according to Romanian legislation – HR Specialist;
• Minimum 3 years in a multinational company in a similar position;
• Good communication skills;
• Working in a pace environment, stress and time management;
• Attention to details;
• Advanced computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of operating a payroll and personnel administration software;
• Very good knowledge of Romanian labor legislation;
• English – advanced level

Responsibilities:

• Elaborates documents (decisions, additional documents, termination papers, retirement files, unemployment certificates;
• Prepares the file for obtaining / extending the validity of work permits for company’s foreign employees;
• Prepares, keeps track of and archives personnel files;
• Prepares and keeps records of company vacation schedule;
• Responsible for managing and updating company staff data within the company payroll and personnel administration software;
• Checks monthly the travel log sheets of company’s employees, having company cars and;
• Prepares, upon current or former employees requests by checking and comparing the archives, special documents (certificates) regarding the status of the employee / ex-employee.
