We are looking for someone who understands and stays abreast of current immigration regulations to ensure compliance and secure work authorization for our foreign national employees.

What You'll Do

• Assess and accurately prepare US employment-based immigration visa petitions, applications, and Requests for Evidence (RFEs) from beginning to end, including working closely with foreign national candidates and employees, managers and HR to obtain necessary information to file visa paperwork with the proper US government agencies
• Stay up-to-date and communicate with the business regarding visa application processes, requirements, fees and policy changes, and to set proper expectations
• Educate employees preparing for visa interviews and assist with queries on completing Form DS-160
• Manage, track, monitor and audit employees' immigration status, expiration dates, and deadlines using a case management system (INSZoom)
• Track various data points and identify trends as they relate to visa processing at Consulates

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years employment-based US immigration paralegal experience required
• Possess a deep understanding of and ability to accurately prepare US non-immigrant L-1 intra-company transfer visas under minimal supervision
• Advanced knowledge of all US non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications desired, including but not limited to H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, E-3, F-1, J-1, PERM, I-140 EB-1/EB-2/EB-3, and AOS
• Driven to deliver best-in-class immigration support in a fast-paced environment while remaining current with changes in immigration law and ensuring corporate compliance
• Must be able to communicate well and work effectively with different personalities across different business units
• Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, verbal and written skills required
• Available for regular global team meetings with the company’s headquarters
