iOS App Developer - iPhone/iPad

We are an award winning mobile app development and digital solutions agency based in Edinburgh. We have a team of over 35 talented and passionate individuals who provide consulting, design, and development services to a great range of clients in the public and private sector - from start-ups to blue-chips.

We’re currently in an exciting period of growth and we’re looking for a talented iOS Developer to come and join our mobile apps team working in an agile environment.

We’re looking for a passionate graduate iOS Mobile Engineer who is interested in growing their skill sets and advancing their careers. You should be passionate about clean efficient code, whilst ensuring high performance and scalability.

Your main responsibilities will be:

·       Working within our cross-functional mobile apps teams

·       Developing your skills and ability in a wide range of areas

·       Development of enterprise qualify mobile applications

·       Working alongside senior engineers to continuously improve and increase ability and experience in working with iOS

Requirements

Must have skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience with Swift (in your own projects or in a job)
  • Experience with networking and JSON
  • Knowledge of unit testing, how to use it and why it's useful
  • Familiar with Cocoapods and/or other package managers

Nice to haves:

  • Used Fastlane and Jenkins
  • Not be afraid of the command line
  • Knowledge and/or experience of the VIPER architecture
  • Used project management tools such as JIRA
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Awareness of cross platform development such as Xamarin
