Junior Learning Service Manager
Role description:
The Junior Learning Services Manager (JLSM) will contribute to the promotion and deployment of strategic training programs for Atos employees within the designated defined business area S/he will manage training demand and the Academy specific training catalogue in line with organisation and business requirements. This will be seen to deliver an end-to-end L&D service.
The JLSM will take sole or shared ownership of a specific category of training and will develop and manage this according to the roadmap agreed with the L&D leadership team and business area leadership. This activity includes specification, design, sourcing and deployment of the training and certification programs. S/he ensures the execution of subsequent evaluation and continuous improvement loops.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the deployment, consolidation and feedback of Annual Training Needs Analysis
- Support in building and executing the annual training plan (incl. target setting)
- Promote & deploy the company training programs at defined business area level (Manage execution of training calendar)
- Manage training demand & training catalogue
- Support in managing the training budget
- Manage or liaise with training Master Service Providers (where relevant)
- Maintain contacts with country-based or international authorities regarding training subsidies/funding & financial/fiscal requirements where appropriate, & aided by back office
