Learning Manager, Europe, Israel & Australia

As the Learning Manager for Europe, Israel & Australia you will play a key role in supporting the cultivation of a learning culture across the region.

You work closely with your key stakeholders, supporting the business from a learning point of view and ensure the design and implementation of locally relevant learning plans and high quality learning training and programs that link to the region’s business goals and strategy.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable of L&D experience, ideally in fast-moving, high growth environment

  • Understand business strategy and how to translate this into learning requirements

  • Strong facilitation skills to support meeting facilitation, offsites and training sessions

  • Experience in leading learning needs analysis with senior stakeholders

  • Experience of instructional design to create impactful learning initiatives

  • Experience in execution and roll out of learning solutions

  • Experience in scaling learning solutions across multiple geographies and cultures

  • People management experience, ideally including experience of managing remote team members

What you’ll get up to:

  • Partnering with business leaders to assess learning needs and either regionalise and version existing content or create new content to meet the need (in line with regional learning strategy)

  • People management of a team of learning specialists

  • Facilitate training sessions on a range of topics including management development

  • Work closely with the Learning Director to ensure execution of learning initiatives and communications inline with learning strategy

  • Partner with the global learning team to review and feedback on initiatives and support the learning specialists in their strategic roll-out

  • Quality assure learning materials in roll-out to ensure they meet the needs of the region and there is continuous improvement

  • Partner with stakeholders in emerging markets to support the planning of onboarding and training for new hires

  • Support senior hire and non-community hires to ensure all have an onboarding plan in place.
