This position will report into the Director, People Partners - UK/IE and will be part of a team that deeply cares for one another, works harmoniously together and all share in the values of the company and desire to be the best in the world - all while ensuring we are having fun!

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees in order to provide coaching and expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves”
  • A strong solutions focus and ability to identify the root cause in order to ensure issues don't have to be revisited
  • Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence
  • Must be able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and influence at a senior level of the business
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Experience with employment laws in UK and Ireland

Basic Qualifications 

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Experience that shows progression in HR for the last 5+ years
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
