About Nutaku

Nutaku.net is the world’s largest English gaming platform dedicated to 18+ titles. The rebellious and multi-stimulating gaming platform was born in January of 2015 with the launch of our first three PC games. We have since grown to become the largest free-to-play browser and adult gaming platform in the world, boasting 400+ games for both PC and Mobile, 40 million players, and over 100 million visits per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Define some or all the ingredients of the game (world & characters, interactive objects, menus and other UI) and the different types of interactions between these
    elements (game systems);
  • Create and maintain documentation (wireframes, flows, tables, charts and other schematics) for the games being developed;
  • Prototype and iterate on core and secondary mechanics to make the game vision come true;
  • Review and deconstruct 3rd party products at various production stages (prototype to commercial launch); identify strong and weak points and suggest mitigations;
  • Own or assist communication with the other teams involved in the game development process with a focus on East and Southeast Asia, specifically Chinese speaking teams; be ready to provide information on owned features at any time;
  • Take ownership of/assist in analyzing the game performance and identifying KPI-based solutions;
  • Work with Scrum methodology, communicate with the Product owner and Scrum master;

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous employment with a company operating in the Chinese mobile space is desirable
  • Chinese mobile gaming culture and market knowledge: trends, key concepts and platers, do’s and don'ts
  • Advanced knowledge of the game development process (concept, prototyping, feature & content delivery milestones, polish, post launch support)
  • At least one mobile product released
  • Ability to conceptualize, analyze and implement feature ideas using various tools and technologies; advanced understanding of game logic and mechanics
  • Ability to use game analytics and player sentiment as a tool to suggest improvements and influence the design
  • Familiar with Agile development framework.
  • A fun and engaging personality with a passion for games of all genres and formats.
