The job :

We have an exciting opportunity to work within the Strategy team in charge of health businesses (B2B). As a Market Access Insight Intern for the German market, you will be accountable for developing and communicating actionable insights that effectively shape Withings market access strategy in Germany.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop, deliver and execute market research and insight plans that support Withings Market Access strategy in Germany. Please note that your first geographic scope will be the German market (priority N°1), but you may work on other markets in a second step.
Regularly meet with main Market Access stakeholders locally (ex: payers)
Identify new business needs & market access opportunities proactively
Create reports and presentations that clearly highlight the actionable insights combined with business implications

Requirements

Hardskills :

Master’s degree in business administration, Political Science or PharmD
Past pharmaceutical or biotechnology internship experience a plus
Strong analytical skills
Ability to pull together insights from a variety of sources and develop strategic guidance that can result in a business decision or action
Ability to navigate through a lot of information to identify what’s most important and most actionable
Fluent in German and English (French a plus)

Softskills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels (internally with Withings teams, externally with Market Access stakeholders)
High-energy and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment

This internship is based in our Paris office and requires frequent travel to Germany (and possibly other countries in a second step).

If this 6-month mission is successful and leads to relevant market access opportunities, a new mission in Germany will be launched afterwards.
