The Role

We are growing fast and we’re looking for a motivated hands-on Operations Care Executive to join our London team. The job requires you to handle the administration of customer orders, handle customer enquiries, liaise with manufacturers and courier companies, and pro-actively solve problems. Service excellence, customer care and satisfaction is an integral part of the business and the role has a direct impact on the performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Place and manage customer orders 
- Drive continuous operational improvements; Identify issue areas and provide feedback to the relevant team members 
- Handling customer enquiries while upholding high customer satisfaction levels- - Manage customer communication through different channels (email, phone and social) 
- Manage and oversee quality control of products 
- Various other operations-related tasks

Required skills for the role

- Motivation & interest in working in a startup 
- Driven self-started with willingness to learn quickly 
- Excellent spoken and written English (English as a first language is preferred) 
- Highly professional work attitude and confident phone manners 
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills 
- Good working knowledge of Google Docs and Excel 
- Ability to effectively multi-task 
- Able to adapt to and balance changing priorities 
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile
