Organisational Development Expert

Nature of Job: Permanent

Division / Department: Human Resource / Talent, Learning & Rewards

Location: Digi HQ

Will report to: Head of Talent, Learning & Rewards

You can/are:

  • Design and implement people frameworks involving complex change management
  • Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal guidance and passionate about delivering value to the business
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with a range of internal, Group and external stakeholders
  • Work in an ambiguous and uncertain environment, are resourceful and enjoy problem solving
  • Eager to learn and experiment and take full ownership of own portfolio

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage Digi’s Strategic Workforce Planning program to build critical competencies through organizational effectiveness strategies, core practices and tools, working alongside business leaders, HR Business Partners and other HR stakeholders including talent acquisition and learning & development
  • Responsible for driving culture change in the organization, embedding Digi behaviors in people processes and developing awareness
  • Partner with internal leaders and external partners to drive and deliver on the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) agenda
  • Develop and deploy frameworks, methods, practices and tools to improve enterprise organizational effectiveness capabilities. This includes the results communication of engagement surveys, identifying areas to work and driving action
  • Lead or be involved in other initiatives as and when required to deliver on Digi’s people agenda

Your Merits:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development or any related field
  • At least 8 years in the HR domain with relevant experience in an expert role within or related to the organisational development, talent and culture domains preferably in a large organisation
  • Proven track record of driving organisational change and effectiveness
  • Ability to apply thought leadership across the organization and motivate/coach junior members of the team
