RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and implement complex internal innovation management projects in the field of drug delivery and bioavailability enhancement
  • Management of projects with external customers or partners
  • Evaluation and development of new technologies for particle engineering and new materials with regard to technical performance
  • Monitoring and Evaluation of new trends, relevant literature and patents
  • Internal and external communications of project results to customers, partners and at international conferences
  • Managing of  cooperations with universities and  industrial partners

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully completed degree in pharmacy or related life science studies with PhD 
  • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the area of Particle Engineering Technologies and Bioavailability enhancement
  • Experience to lead, instruct, and motivate a working group and a project team 
  • Very good English and German language skills, written and spoken
  • Track record in managing complex projects with budget and team responsibility
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and go
