PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Purchase goods or services for D-Orbit to use or sell. Ensure employer obtains quality products for competitive prices in a timely fashion. Play an integral role in ensuring the company sticks to budgets and operates profitably.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
- Monitor business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
- Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
- Identify and researches potential new suppliers
- Research new products and services to meet company's goals
- Assess total costs of company purchases
- Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels
- Oversee a team of purchasing agents
- Report to the Head of Procurement

- Preferred specialized Industry Knowledge
- Experience as a Procurement Clerk or Junior Buyer
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Applied Science, or a Related Field
Language
- Full professional proficiency of English language is mandatory.
