RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide product and process technical management, including set up and change to recipes in control systems (ISO, SAP, DCS, & paper systems).
• Lead training, development and manage performance of two coordinators and eight operators including safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Monitor production budget and pursue cost savings opportunities and capacity improvements.
• Product quality maintenance and improvement including plant reliability, new product/raw material introduction including troubleshooting
• Maintain the quality system for the production and departments
