The Technology Division is responsible for cost-effective and future-oriented development, expansion, operation and management of Telenor's network, services and IT. Technology is also responsible for security related to technology, solutions and value chains. The division has approximately 1100 employees.

We seek a highly talented project manager who will take joint responsibility for bringing project execution in Telenor Norway to the next level!

As a project manager in Telenor Norway you will lead projects that will execute our strategy. You should have excellent skills and proven experience from project management, delivering business results and technology. You will typically manage project teams of 10-100 people and budgets of 20-100 mNOK.

We especially seek candidates with skills and experience from agile and/or digital service development. We expect more of our projects to be in this area in the future and seek candidates that can strongly contribute to improve Telenor Norway’s project execution for these types of projects.

Project Managers in Telenor Norway are organized in the Portfolio Management unit in Telenor Norway. Portfolio Management’s main responsibilities are efficient and professional execution of the projects in our portfolio, as well as ensuring alignment between company strategy and the actual projects. We aim to simplify
processes and governance, and to improve time to market and enable innovation.

The Project Manager we seek will be expected to contribute to the overall improvement agenda in Portfolio Management, not just leading projects. Although Project Managers are organized in the Technology division you will lead projects across all divisions in Telenor Norway. Stakeholder management and communication to all management levels including top executives in Telenor Norway are keys to your success.
