• Technical university degree or student in terminal year (Automatic Control and Computer Science, Informatics, Cybernetics)
• Efficient management of agile teams and projects using modern tools
• Project lifecycle following different methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)
• Estimation techniques
• Schedule and resource management
• Risk and change management
• Monitoring and control
• Project closure
• Experience with PM tools like Asana, Redmine, Trello
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Coordinating small teams during the full project lifecycle
• Facilitating communication within the team and with the key stakeholders
• Client management, ensuring client retention, satisfaction and trust
• Planning, tracking and reporting
• Negotiating time and budget
• Managing the project budget
• Challenging the team to find the optimal technical solution
• Facilitating professional growth of team members
